2023-2024 was another warm winter in which we only had climbable ice one weekend, but 2024 - 2025 proved to be a better season, that lasted through most of January and February.

Unseasonable warm temperatures in Pennsylvania, caused this season to be pretty much a bust.

We experienced several great weeks of cold temperatures, and ice conditions were much better this season, than the previous several years.

After the dismal 2019-2020 season, we did get some favorable winter conditions in 2020-2021. We found the best ice this season in NE PA.
